Delete your account
Karen is anonymous: it doesn't keep your name, email or phone. Your account lives on your phone, so you delete it from the app.
From the app
- Open Karen and go to You.
- Under Safety, tap Delete my account.
- Confirm twice. It's deleted right away.
What gets deleted
- Your chismes with their photos and videos, your messages, 馃敟/馃挧 votes, reactions, areas, notifications, reports and blocks.
- We keep no copies. Next time you open the app you'll start with a new account.
- One exception: if the account was banned by moderation, we keep a one-way encrypted fingerprint of the device identifier so it can't come back. It can't be used to tell who you are.
If you no longer have the app
Without the app we can't tell which anonymous account is yours. Its chismes stop being shown after 24 hours on their own and their photos and videos are deleted. If you need help, write to soporte@karenn.app.
